  1. If you are going to drink. Make sure the mixers don’t contain high fructose corn syrup. Drink well.

  2. If you are going to smoke. Make sure it’s not something addictive.

  3. If you are going to dance, Dance your ass off.

  4. If you are tired, rest.

  5. Vote for what’s best for you, not what anyone else believes.

  6. When you Eat; eat food that really makes you feel good. Pay attention to what you put in. Input impacts output.

  7. If you are alone, Love yourself.

  8. If you love, do it with no ego.

  9. If you are in love, don’t get caught loving anyone else but your lover. 5 minutes of lust can lead to lifetimes of guilt.

  10. If you fall out of love and find yourself no longer loving someone else, leave. Say good blessings to what was and let go. That’s loving with no ego.

  11. As long as you love your work, you will find happiness.

  12. Your narrative will always play, things will happen, how you manage your reactions to things, is up to you.
